Information you provide

When you request an estimate, we collect your name, phone number, email address, project type, and any optional project notes. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. Our website sends your inquiry to the HP team by email using Amazon Web Services.

Website and advertising measurement

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads to understand website visits and measure whether our ads lead to estimate requests and phone calls. These services may receive information such as the page visited, browser and device information, and advertising click identifiers.

If you allow measurement, we also share hashed email addresses and phone numbers from accepted inquiries with Google for advertising measurement. Hashing transforms these details before they are sent. Google can match the hashed details to Google accounts to attribute an inquiry to an ad; hashing does not make this data anonymous. We do not send your project notes as advertising measurement data.

Phone calls from our ads

For eligible visitors from Google Ads who allow measurement, Google may display a forwarding number in place of our business number. Calls are forwarded to HP Windows & Doors. Google uses call details, such as call time and duration, to measure ad performance. A website call lasting at least 45 seconds is counted as an advertising conversion.

Your choices

You can choose “Essential only” or “Allow measurement” in our cookie preferences. You can request an estimate or call our business with either choice. We do not enable personalized advertising through this website’s consent controls.
